Spinach and Pork Liver Soup

Ingredients

Wash spinach and drain water

Put it in a pot of boiling water and blanch until cooked

Remove and drain, set aside

Wash the liver and cut into thin slices

Add salt and mix well

Add starch and mix well

Pour the cooking wine

Stir evenly, set aside

Put the broth into the pot, add ginger slices and boil

Pour the spinach

Bring to a boil again, pour in the liver, turn off the heat

Stir gently with chopsticks, and stir a few more times

Add salt

Pour into a bowl, sprinkle chopped green onion, pepper and serve
Tips:
Cut the liver into thin slices as much as possible to make it more cooked.
The prepared soup tastes best when eaten while it is hot.
