Spinach Dumplings

Wash fresh spinach and drain the water

Stir the spinach into a pattern with a masher (you can also chop it with a knife)
3.
Put the soda noodles in the vegetables and mix well, then add the flour

Mix evenly as shown in the picture (this must be mastered, not too hard or too soft)
5.
Put the steamed bun into the grate and smooth it into the pot (not too thick)
6.
Steam on medium heat for 20 minutes before serving
Tips:
Actually, I don’t know what this is called, so I will share it with everyone if it feels delicious.
Remember not to put too much soda noodles. If you eat too much, it will make you bitter. You must eat it while it is hot.
