There is a child in the family, that is the biggest test for a home chef. To eat healthy, nutrition must be comprehensive, and the most important thing is to have a baby love it. Isn’t that difficult? ! For my grandson, I also tried my best. Recently, this little guy doesn’t eat very much vegetables. In order to solve this problem, I made many vegetables into dried vegetables or vegetable powder, such as spinach. I made a bottle of spinach powder by myself, and then used this powder to make biscuits for the baby. , Bread, steamed buns and the like. Today’s biscuit is made with spinach powder, and it looks like a little frog that my baby likes. Because it’s green dough, I just made some Christmas trees just in time for Christmas. Although the little guy is now older, he still has to drink a bottle of milk in the morning, paired with the biscuits made of spinach powder. The little guy is having a good time. The spinach powder is roasted and ground on its own, which makes it especially safe to eat. "

Tips:

The spinach powder I use can also be colored with matcha powder. It is recommended to use spinach powder for babies. Also, I don’t use much powdered sugar. This cookie is not very sweet. If you like sweet ones, you can increase the amount of sugar.
