Spinach in Soup

Remove the roots of the bok choy, wash and cut into two pieces

Slice ginger, garlic, and ham separately, and set aside 30 goji berries

One egg is fried and cut into pieces, and one preserved egg is cut into pieces

Tips:
1. Add a fried egg to cook the soup, which can make the soup thicker and taste better
2. The boiled vegetables are easy to be cooked in the pot and the cooking time should not be too long. It can be cut off when cooked on a high fire.
