Spinach Meatball Soup
1.
Wash the spinach with the roots removed.
2.
Put the spinach into a boil with water.
3.
After blanching, remove, drain and cut into sections for later use.
4.
Prepare the chicken soup in advance (the recipe is attached): Put the sliced ginger and washed chicken wings or chicken drumsticks in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil.
5.
Skim off the foam and turn to medium heat. When the chicken wings are almost cooked, remove them (boil for about 3-4 minutes).
6.
Bring the chicken broth to a boil again, put in the balls, cook until the balls are set, then turn them slightly to avoid sticking the pot, add salt to taste.
7.
Boil for about half a minute to get the balls, put the spinach on top, pour in the soup, and pour in a little sesame oil.
8.
Have a taste, beautiful.
Tips:
1. The meatballs are ready-made. You can refer to my previous recipe of assorted meatballs.
2. The taste of soup and the type of dishes can be adjusted.
3. Spinach is not cooked together because the purine in it is removed.
