Spinach Salad

Remove the roots and rotten leaves of spinach, wash and drain.

Pour boiling water in a small saucepan, put the spinach in it and pick it up after a few strokes.
3.
The blanched spinach is cut into several sections with a cutting board and a knife for cutting cooked food to squeeze out excess water.
4.
After serving, top with sesame dressing.
