Spinach Soup

After the egg has been cleaned from the shell, knock it into a bowl; add salt; beat up the egg liquid for later use

Remove old leaves of spinach, soak in light salt water for a while, wash and set aside

Put the pot on the fire, after it is heated, heat up with a proper amount of oil; pour the egg liquid into the pot and fry it into egg cubes
4.
Add water to a boil

Add spinach and cook slightly
6.
Add salt
7.
Turn off the heat and start the pot
Tips:
Wash spinach with rice water, or soak in light salt water, which can effectively remove residues such as pesticides.
