Spinach Sweet Potato Cake for Baby Food

Wash spinach after removing the roots and stems,

Boil the water for half a minute after the water is boiled.

Take it out several times and open it in cool white.

Remove and cut into small pieces for later use.

Wash the sweet potatoes and steam them in a pot.

Peel the steamed sweet potatoes, add spinach segments, add an egg and a spoonful of rice noodles, and put them in a food processor to make a paste.

Pour the stirred paste into the mold, cover with plastic wrap, steam it in the pan, and steam for another 10 minutes after boiling.

After steaming, take out and demould.

Cool thoroughly and cut into pieces, fluffy and delicious!
Tips:
Rice noodles can be replaced with milk powder, which adjusts the taste, so you don’t need to add them.
