Spinach Thick Egg Braised

After blanching the spinach, remove and drain the water and cut into small pieces for later use

Put eggs in a bowl
3.
Add appropriate amount of small cut winter vegetables, if there is no winter vegetables, add some salt to taste

Add the chopped spinach diced

Stir well
6.
Brush a small pot with olive oil
7.
Pour in the right amount of egg liquid
8.
Slowly roll up before the egg is completely set
9.
Pour in the right amount of egg liquid
10.
Roll up before it is completely solidified, repeat
11.
Out of the pot, cut into small pieces
Tips:
I don’t have a general small pan for thick egg cooking pot. I add winter vegetables to my egg mixture without adding salt, and adding a little mirin. If not, I add some cooking wine.
