Spinach Toast & Sandwich

First put the blanched spinach and cold water into the juicer cup, turn on the 6th gear of the ACA cook machine,

Mash the spinach into a paste

Take the required amount of spinach paste and put it into the noodle bucket of the chef's machine together with eggs, sugar and salt

Reheat the high-gluten flour and yeast powder

In less than 2 minutes, the noodles became a ball. Turn off the machine at this time, put in the softened butter, and wait for 5 minutes to let the noodles go naturally for a while.

Then turn on the cook machine and use the first gear to knead the noodles for 5 minutes, and then turn it off for 2-3 minutes

Knead the dough for 5-8 minutes at the 2nd high speed, and knead the dough to the expansion stage

When the dough is kneaded, only a small part of the dough touches the dough bucket, and the dough rolls smoothly

The glove membrane can be pulled out. Because I didn’t beat the spinach finely, the film looks a bit rough, but the dough is already well kneaded

Cover with wet cloth and ferment to double size

Moisturize and ferment to 80% full. The other toast box I used is shallow, so it’s full

After preheating the oven at 180 degrees, put it in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. If you don’t have a lid, you can add tin foil when you bake for about 15 minutes.

I sliced the cold toast, I cut the shape again with a heart-shaped mold, so that I can make a more beautiful sandwich

Peel the steamed yam, add appropriate amount of yogurt and beat into yam puree

The steamed purple sweet potato is also peeled and whipped into a puree with an appropriate amount of yogurt

Combine two heart-shaped toast slices into a heart-to-heart shape, and squeeze the yam purple potato mash into a flower shape to make an open sandwich. There is another piece of toast that needs to be cut off.

You can also add mashed yam and purple potato in the middle and squeeze it into flowers to make a traditional sandwich. This sandwich is my favorite.

Spread a piece of toast under the cut edge, put the heart-shaped edge on top, and fill the middle with strawberries in sugar water. My son loves this flavor the most.
Tips:
I don't like too sweet, so there is no sugar in the yam and purple potato puree. If you like sweet, you can add sugar or honey to taste.
