A dried squid has been kept at home for a long time, because the temperature is too high and I don't want to make it. Now it's Liqiu, I made squid soup for reasons of "sticking autumn fat". The kid likes it very much.

Spine Squid Soup

1. Wash the pork spine and put it in a steaming bowl after draining

2. Soak the dried squid for more than one day in advance

3. Wash the soaked squid, cut into thin slices, and put it in the spine

4. Add sliced ginger, green onion and salt

5. Add appropriate amount of water, close the lid, and steam for 90 minutes in a pot

6. Pinch out the ginger and green onions after they are out of the pot and discard

7. Ready to eat

Tips:

Dried squid needs to be soaked one day in advance, it will be easier to boil after soaking, and the soup will be thicker.
