Spit Fragrant ~ ~ Chrysanthemum Soup
1.
Wash the chrysanthemum and let it dry, save 15 grams and put the rest on the petal
2.
Put water in the pot, add 15 grams of chrysanthemums to a pot and boil, the water starts to smoke, add maltose, and the color of the water becomes darker to remove the chrysanthemums
3.
Add the chrysanthemum petals and move the chopsticks to help them. When the petals are hot, they will be picked out. Don’t clean them... leave some petals.
4.
To thicken, I use lotus root flour, add a proper amount of water in advance to dissolve it, add it to the pot (in fact, cornstarch is also possible) and cook it to thicken and then it will be out of the pot.
Tips:
The chrysanthemum is edible. When washing, you can add a spoonful of salt to soak and then wash it with running water lightly. Don't rub it hard
