Splendid Chicken

Dice chicken drumsticks, add salt, sesame oil, and a little water starch in cooking wine. Grab it with your hands, then dice pepper and mushroom. Carrots are embossed or diced.

Put water in a pot, drop a few drops of oil and 1 teaspoon of salt, bring the water to a boil, pour in corn, green beans and carrots, boil it and pick it up.

Continue to boil the water in the pot, blanch the mushrooms a little, and remove the filtered water.

Mix the bowl of juice, add water starch, cooking wine, sugar, pepper noodles, Mandarin Sauce (or oyster sauce), light soy sauce, sesame oil to the bowl, and mix the juice in the bowl thoroughly.

Pour in the diced chicken and bowl of juice, stir well, spray a little cooking wine, add a little oil and a few drops of sesame oil to make the tail oil, stir fry a few times to serve.
