Separate egg yolk and egg white

Beat the egg yolks evenly, add a quarter of sugar and beat until white

Sift the flour and mix well with the egg yolk

Add melted butter

Add a quarter of the white sugar to the egg whites and beat until the bubbles start, then add the remaining sugar

Beaten egg white
7.
Add to the egg yolk three times
8.
Put it in the mold and tap to remove bubbles
9.
Microwave for thirty seconds
