Spontaneous Flour Pancakes

1. Add sugar, salt, and eggs to the flour and stir with warm water.

2. After stirring, add a little edible oil and stir to continue stirring.

3. Add the chopped green onion and continue to stir well, and ferment for 15 minutes.

4. Pour a little oil into the pan, turn over repeatedly over medium and low heat, and fry until golden on both sides. Pressing the cake noodles with a spatula does not feel soft.

Tips:

Because of the self-raising powder, warm water can accelerate its fermentation. If you want a finer taste, you can make it thinner. The thicker ones are just like in my picture, just not sticky.
