Spring Rice Ball

Chopped carrots and sausages, blanched peas, chopped and peeled.

Blanch broccoli and chop.

Scrambled eggs, smashed.

Put rice and carrots and stir fry over low heat.

Stir broccoli several times, add salt and sesame oil and mix well. Turn off the fire.
