[spring Story]-homemade Healthy Snacks [golden Jujube Pastry]
1.
After the butter has been softened with water, pour in powdered sugar and stir evenly (white sugar without powdered sugar can also be used, and the taste is similar).
2.
Put the clean basin on the weighing machine to weigh out the weight of flour and sugar, and stir evenly.
3.
Pour the butter.
4.
Stir well and add egg liquid.
5.
After kneading into a smooth dough, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (so that the dough is slightly harder than just now for the following operations). Take out and divide into 3 parts.
6.
Take one part of the dough and knead it into a long strip and roll it out.
7.
Correct the corners and put the jujube paste filling in the middle (I also put mung bean and red bean filling).
8.
Wrap it up, closing the mouth down. Brush with egg liquid.
9.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and evenly cut into small pieces.
10.
Put it in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, middle level, up and down, about 25 minutes.
Tips:
1. The first time this snack was made with high flour, the second time it was made with medium flour. The taste is almost the same, and both are quite crisp.
2. The same goes for butter. The second time I made it, I used half butter and half corn oil.
3. After putting the dough in the refrigerator, it is still sticky when rolling out the dough. You can put a little flour in the operation to prevent sticking.
4. The stuffing inside can be changed at will according to personal taste. The apple filling is also delicious!
