Spring Three-color Roll

Divide the egg into egg white and egg yolk, and put them in a water- and oil-free basin to beat them

Add 10 grams of milk to spinach, and 1 gram of lemon juice to smash with a blender

Strain the spinach juice (you can also use gauze without a screen)

Take an appropriate amount of spinach juice and add flour to stir

Tips:
The sugar in the egg yolk needs to be patiently beaten and melted! Powdered sugar is easier to order
