Sprout Rot Roll

Soak the yuba with clean water.

Wash the beef and cut into strips, then marinate for 2 hours with appropriate amount of salt, cornstarch, cooking wine, light soy sauce and raw oil.

Remove the roots and wash the sprouts; wash the leek and cut into sections; wash the cucumber and green pepper and cut into shreds.

Spread out the yuba, add the appropriate amount of sprouts, chives, cucumber, green pepper, and beef, then roll it up, and then drizzle with an appropriate amount of sesame oil.

Steam over water for 7 minutes.

Put a small amount of water in the pot, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and rock sugar after boiling, and finally bury the gorgon with cornstarch.

Pour the gorgon juice on the rotten rolls.
