Sprouts with Oyster Sauce

Wash the sprouts, cut in half, and slice the garlic.

Boil hot water in a wok, add a spoonful of white sugar, and boil the sprouts in the wok for 1 minute to remove.

Saute the garlic slices with oil in a hot pan, pour in the boiled spore kale, stir fry evenly.

Pour in carrots, two spoons of oyster sauce, add a little water and mix thoroughly, then pour them in and stir fry together. Collect the juice over high heat and add a little salt to season.

Tips:
The sprouts have a slightly bitter taste. Add a spoonful of sugar to blanch them to remove some of the bitterness. Adding sugar to blanch the vegetables can make the vegetables more crispy and tender.
