Squeeze Buns

Put all the ingredients (except butter and honey red beans) into the bucket of the bread machine, start a kneading program for about 25 minutes, then add the softened butter and repeat the kneading program again

Put it directly in the bread barrel and ferment to about 2.5 times the size,

Take out the fermented dough, knead out the air, and divide it into 35g small doughs

Round each portion

Take one, roll it out, and put in honey red beans

Put it in the baking tray

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment again until they are all squeezed together

Insert cooked almonds

Put it in the preheated oven, middle and lower level, 180 degrees, about 22 minutes

Tips:
1. Now there is a temperature of about 25 degrees, so there is no need to start the fermentation process, just let it ferment naturally.
2. The inner diameter of the baking pan is 21cm×17cm×4.4cm, and the amount of dough can be adjusted according to the size of your own baking pan.
