Squeeze Frog Bread
1.
After blanching the spinach, grind it into juice (in order to be more delicate, it is recommended to filter it after squeezing)
2.
In the green part, all ingredients except butter are thrown into the bread bucket, first put the liquid, then the powder. After a procedure, put in softened butter and knead it until the film comes out.
3.
For the eyes, the butter is softened, and all the ingredients are mixed and kneaded.
4.
The kneaded green dough was divided into 16 ingredients. My dough was wrapped in red bean paste, so I kneaded 16 red bean paste balls.
5.
After wrapping the red bean paste, place it neatly on the baking tray. Put the oven to ferment.
6.
Knead 32 small white balls and place them in the middle of the two doughs when the dough rises to twice its size. Oven at 175 degrees, 25 minutes.
7.
After it's out of the oven and let it cool, you can paint on it with chocolate! Use strawberry jam to draw the blush on the face.
Tips:
1. The concentration of my spinach juice here is not enough, so it is not green enough. It is recommended to use at least 150g of raw spinach
2. The technical term for the eye part is called Oukepi. The magical part is that it is still white after being put into the oven.
3. I'm short on time, so I used one shot here, but the final taste is still good.
4. I am good at styling food, but making bread is not professional. Judging from countless failed experiences, I have come to an experience: the most important thing for the bread to leave the film is the humidity. Too dry dough is not easy to be filmed.
