Squid Fried Winter Melon Skin

Prepare the ingredients. There is only squid ring at home, so I have to use it instead. For winter melon, choose a tender winter melon skin that can be pinched by your nails and can produce water.

Peel off the winter melon skin and peel it a little thicker

Cut into filaments for later use

Cut the squid rings into short strips

Cut the onion, ginger, garlic, and chili

Fill the hot pot with oil and heat it to 70% hot, first add ginger and garlic and fry it to get the flavor

Tips:
This recipe winter melon skin is only suitable for tender winter melons. It is recommended to choose green winter melon that is immature and can pinch out the moisture. If it is too hard, it won’t be eaten.
