Pork Ribs Stewed Winter Melon

Rinse the ribs with lukewarm water.

Use a toothbrush to clean the skin of winter melon. Take the skin of winter melon and cut into long pieces.

First use a pressure cooker to press the ribs (spare ribs option).

Put the winter melon meat and winter melon skin into the pressed ribs soup, press on for 10 minutes, simmer and decompress.
5.
Add a little salt to enhance the flavor when out of the pan.
