As a mom who loves baking, I occasionally make cute cartoon biscuits for my baby to share with the children. This squirrel biscuit is not only liked by children in kindergarten, but even the children’s moms want to have it.
Although I bought the mold to save the trouble of styling, the stitching of the various parts is also a technical task. It took me 3 nights to finally complete the biscuit. One plate of biscuits was baked the first night, and another plate was baked the next night and kept in a vacuum jar. On the third night, the finishing touch~ Thank you Mr. Pig for your help. The cute squirrel biscuits are really cute~

Squirrel Cookies

1. First, mix the butter, sugar, and salt

2. Beat with an electric whisk until slightly

3. Then add the whole egg liquid in portions, each time it is whipped until it is completely absorbed before adding the next time

4. Then sift in the flour and knead it into a dough

5. Take half of the dough and knead it with cocoa powder

6. These are two types of kneaded dough

7. Put them into a thick fresh-keeping bag, and press the dough to the same width as the fresh-keeping bag

8. Roll out into a 0.5 cm thick dough sheet

9. Put it in the freezer layer and freeze until it is slightly hard for the next operation

10. Print out the cocoa noodles first, and dig out the cocoa face

11. Then print out the original facial mask

12. Splice the noodles together, put the lower body into the baking tray, then put it on the face, and finally put it on the top of the head.

13. The squirrel hand is printed at the end. After the oven is preheated, bake for about 25 minutes at the upper fire at 120 degrees and the lower fire at 130 degrees, and place the baking tray in the middle of the oven.

14. Melt the dark chocolate in water, fill it with a chocolate pen

15. Draw the eyes, nose, and mouth

16. Then melt the white chocolate in water, dip the white chocolate on the ground of the hands, then dip it on the chest of the squirrel, and sandwich the almonds by the way

17. Finally, add edible red pigment to the remaining white chocolate, make it into pink chocolate, draw a face on the squirrel’s face, and draw hair, claws, and tail.

18. The cute squirrel biscuits are complete, cute~

Tips:

If you don’t have white chocolate, you can use frosting instead, add coloring, and adjust to pink or red frosting. The same is true. After the chocolate or frosting is dry, use a biscuit bag to wrap it separately.
