Squirrel Fish in Tomato Sauce

Fish cubes diced knife, add cooking wine, green onions, salt and pepper for 20 minutes, add an egg, stir well, set aside.

Add salt to the flour, stir well, coat the fish cubes with flour, and shake off the excess flour after coating.

Add oil to the hot pan, add the fish cubes and deep fry. The heat should be low or it will not be mushy. Pick up and set aside.

Add water to the pot and add tomato juice and sugar. My ratio is two to one. You can adjust it according to your preference. After thickening, pour it on the fish and add some sesame oil to it. It's delicious.
