Steak Meets Pasta
1.
Wash the steak and add a little more oil than the cooking. Put the steak in. If you like to eat tender, you can fry it for a while. I usually fry it for 90 years.
2.
Pour the chopped onion into the pot and stir fry. Pour the red wine for the steak into the pot. Until viscous and cooked through. Sprinkle in two spoons of salt.
3.
Cook the pasta while frying the steak and sautéing onions. Throw the broccoli into the pot and blanch it out.
4.
Lay out. The pasta is spread on the bottom of the plate. Top with a layer of onion sauce. The steak is on top, and the steak is topped with a layer of minced onion. Arrange broccoli and small tomatoes in order. That's it.
Tips:
1. The pasta needs to be boiled in a large pot, so it will cook faster.
2. Steak needs to be immersed in red wine for better taste.
