Steak Pasta Set
1.
Process the steak first. I bought this from a place where beef is sold. I told the seller that I would make a steak, and I usually cut it into thin slices;
2.
Hit it again with a small hammer, I don’t have a meat loosening hammer, and the garlic press I used is quite easy to use;
3.
Pour Tuscan steak seasoning on the steak;
4.
Spread well and massage for a minute or two; cover with plastic wrap and set aside to marinate for about 1 hour;
5.
After the steak is marinated, let's make pasta;
6.
Boil thoroughly in a pot of boiling water, usually about 6 or 7 minutes;
7.
Heat a wok, put a small piece of butter to melt, then pour a pack of black pepper steak sauce;
8.
Put the cooked spiral pasta in, stir-fry evenly; serve and set aside;
9.
Let’s make the steak again. Don’t touch the pan and heat it on a low heat. Put another piece of butter to melt. Drain the marinated beef and fry it on both sides. The steak is very cooked. It takes five or six minutes. It will be old after a long time. Yes, if you like a more tender one, you can fry for a shorter time;
10.
I like the black pepper flavor. After the steak is fried, I add some black pepper steak sauce to it, which is the same as the black pepper sauce of the spiral pasta. The steak can be turned off and out of the pot;
11.
The grilled steak, topped with black pepper pasta, and some vegetables. It is simple and delicious. It looks very tall and ready for a meal!
