Creamy Bacon Pasta
1.
Wash the carrots and cut them into slices. Use a stamper to press out the shape you like.
2.
Wash the onion and cut into shreds.
3.
Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
4.
Cut the bacon into small pieces.
5.
Bring to a boil with cold water, pour in the pasta and carrots and cook for five minutes. The pasta can be taken out and drained for use.
6.
Without oil in the pot, add two spoons of flour and saute slowly over low heat.
7.
When the flour turns slightly yellow, push the flour to one side, pour some oil into the pot, add garlic and saute first, then add onions, mushrooms, and carrots and stir fry.
8.
After the vegetables are sautéed, add the cooked pasta and carrots, 200ml of pure milk, two tablespoons of salt, and an appropriate amount of black pepper. When the milk juice thickens, it can be served. Sprinkle a small amount of chopped parsley on the pan, and the creamy bacon pasta is complete.
Tips:
Flour can be added or not. The flour is added to make the cream thicker.
