Steamed beef with rice flour is a traditional Sichuan dish and a common snack at the same time.
The most classic way to eat it is to use a steaming cage of freshly steamed beef dumplings, add chili noodles, pepper noodles and chopped coriander, and eat them in a salt and pepper pot while they are hot, fresh in the heat, and out of the freshness. Flavor, spicy hot and delicious flavors are available.
The best of the master of Chinese painting, Mr. Zhang Daqian, is this one, and it is specified to use Ye Guokui's salt and pepper pot with steamed beef from Zhidehao Xiaolong.
But what Mr. Daqian likes is the delicate texture of the lean meat with the fascia removed, so you have to steam it with loin. If you like the taste of beef and have a solid taste, use beef with ribs to steam it. It's the best.
Although the same method is steamed, it is different from steamed meat: steamed meat is traditionally served with five flavors, and steamed beef must be home-cooked, so the other ingredients are basically the same, but steamed beef must be served with watercress.

Tips:

1. Using lettuce oil will make the beef tender and smooth.
2. The watercress can be made without frying, and you can add red chili oil when you eat it.
