Stir-fried Beef with Lettuce

Cut the beef into thin slices, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and half a tablespoon of salt with your hands to taste evenly for 15 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons of dried cornstarch and mix well.

Tips:

Put more oil when frying beef, so that cornstarch will not stick to the pan. 4. This dish should be hot, and the beef should be fried quickly to be tender on the outside and inside.
