Black Pepper Beef Pasta

Cut yellow beef into small cubes and rinse with water to remove blood

Add the diced beef with light soy sauce, cornstarch, black pepper powder and peanut oil and marinate well

Shred carrots and set aside

Shred the onion and set aside

Bring the water to a boil, blanch the carrots for about a minute, then remove

Blanch the carrots and put them in the pasta, cook for about 10 minutes and then remove the hard core.

Stir-fry the diced beef in a hot pan

Add carrot shreds and stir fry
9.
Add spaghetti and stir well
10.
Add the shredded onion and stir fry evenly
11.
Season with a little salt and fry until the onion is broken
12.
Sprinkle a little black pepper powder when it comes out of the pan.
