Steamed Beef with Enoki Mushroom

Ingredients: Enoki mushroom, beef, chives, shacha sauce, oyster sauce

Beef thinly sliced

Put the cut beef into a container, add oyster sauce, shacha sauce, pepper powder, cooking wine, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add a teaspoon of cooking oil to the marinated beef, stir well, add a spoonful of starch, and stir well.

Cut off the old roots of enoki mushrooms. Mince the chives and set aside.

Rip and wash the cut enoki mushrooms

The washed enoki mushrooms are placed in a plate with a controlled moisture content.

Spread the marinated beef evenly on the enoki mushrooms
