Steamed Boston Lobster

                                Lobster thawed naturally, washed and steamed in a pot for 10 minutes

                                Take out the steamed lobster and put it on a plate for later use, pour the soup inside into a small bowl, wash the leeks and cut into sections

                                After the soup cools, add a little chicken essence and starch and stir evenly

                                Pour the soup into a small pot and boil it, add the leeks after boiling, stir for a few more times, and pour it on the lobster.
