Steamed Cake
1.
Put 1 egg in a basin, add 50g sugar and beat until the color becomes lighter
2.
Add 65g milk, add 30g salad oil, mix well
3.
Sift in 110g low-gluten flour, mix well with egg soak in a zigzag shape (do not stir in a circle to prevent the flour from becoming gluten), and mix until there is no dry powder (if you have dried fruit, or red dates, raisins, etc.) It's better to go in))
4.
Put it into a hard paper cup, 8 minutes full, steam in the pot after the water is boiled, and steam for about 15 minutes after the high fire is boiled, insert a toothpick to check that there is no stickiness
5.
Tear off the "clothes" and have a look... Eat it while it's hot~ It won't be so soft when it's cold
Tips:
1. When mixing the batter, do not stir in a circular motion to prevent the flour from becoming gluten, and the gluten batter will not be so soft (I tried it before)
2. If you want to add dried fruit, put it in and mix it for a while, save some and sprinkle on it and steam it to make it look more beautiful~~
3. My friend said to use a teacup for steaming instead of buying paper cups. That would be better. Environmental protection actions start with her...
