Steamed Cake (ice Cream Mold)

1. Prepare the ingredients for the steamed cake.

2. Beat 3 eggs in the egg beater.

3. Beat the eggs, then add 150g of steamed cake mix, stir with an electric whisk until there is no dry powder, then beat quickly, about 8 minutes.

4. After stirring, add 15g corn oil and stir evenly at a slow speed.

Tips:

For 1.2 foot molds, I scooped 2 scoops of cake batter and added a little cocoa powder to make cocoa cake batter and poured it into the pit of the foot mold.
