Steamed Carrot Balls

1 green radish, 1 small piece of tofu, 150g chicken breast, 1 small scallion, 1 small piece of ginger, 2 slices of lettuce.

Wash the radishes, peel them, shred them, cut a few knives, and kill them with two spoons of sugar.

Radish balls.

After the green radish shreds are finished, they are dried and set aside.

Squeeze the tofu for later use.

Finely chop chicken breast, shallots and ginger.

Add the oil, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder and 2 tablespoons of starch like a dumpling filling.

Put on gloves, mix the stuffing, grab and throw, and finally make small balls. Brush some oil on the plate and place the balls on the pan and steam for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the size of the balls).
