Steamed Carrot Balls

1. 1 green radish, 1 small piece of tofu, 150g chicken breast, 1 small scallion, 1 small piece of ginger, 2 slices of lettuce.

2. Wash the radishes, peel them, shred them, cut a few knives, and kill them with two spoons of sugar.

3. Radish balls.

4. After the green radish shreds are finished, they are dried and set aside.

6. Finely chop chicken breast, shallots and ginger.
