Steamed Catfish in Black Bean Sauce

Prepare the ingredients and wash them.

Chop the ingredients, pack them, and mix with salt, soy sauce, and peanut oil.
3.
Wash the fish and cut it every 2cm. Don't cut it.
4.
Spread the mixed ingredients on the fish.
5.
Put it in a pot and steam for 15 minutes.
