Steamed Cheese

Ingredients: 150 grams of milk, 60 grams of fermented rice, 6 medlars

Pour the rice wine with grains into the milk,

Stir well to separate the rice grains.

Put it into the container, eighty to nine minutes full.

Cover with plastic wrap,

Put it in a boiling water pot and steam for 10 minutes at minimum heat.

Tips:
If you don't like grainy, you can just use rice wine juice.
The steaming time needs to be adjusted according to the steaming volume.
If the taste is sweeter, you can add sugar according to your own taste.
