Steamed Chicken Drumsticks with Edamame

Ingredients: edamame, cured chicken drumstick (washed)

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Put the washed chicken legs on the chopping board and chop them into pieces.

Put it in the dish.

Then, put the washed edamame into a pot of clean water, boil for 5 minutes, and then remove.

Combine it in the cured chicken thigh.

Then, add the right amount of cooking wine.

Then, put it in the steamer.

Cover and steam for 10 minutes, serve.
