"Cordyceps militaris" is also called Cordyceps militaris or chrysalis, the common name is not old grass. It is a kind of fungus. It is not a flower, but the fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris, not the fruiting body of Cordyceps, nor the fruiting body of Cordyceps sinensis. In order to distinguish it from Cordyceps, some merchants gave it a beautiful name and called it "cordyceps flower". It mainly grows in increasing areas in the north of our country. It is not only rich in protein and amino acids, but also contains more than 30 kinds of trace elements required by the human body. It is a superior nourishing product.
Cordyceps flowers are neither cold nor dry, and they are very peaceful, so the general population can eat them with confidence. It is also one of the common medicinal materials in my house. It is used to make soup most of the time, and occasionally steaming chicken is also very good.
Today, I used chicken wing roots, which are used for steaming. The meat is tender and delicious.
