Steamed Chicken with Cordyceps Flower

1. Wash the roots of chicken wings and cut small pieces. (Hey, it’s okay if you don’t cut it)
2. Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, light soy sauce, cornstarch to the roots of chicken wings, and marinate for 1 hour.

3. Wash the cordyceps flowers and soak them in water.
4. Stir the cordyceps flower and chicken wing root evenly, and drizzle less than sesame oil.
5. Steam for 12-15 minutes on high heat and eat.
