Steamed Chicken with Cordyceps Flower

Wash the roots of chicken wings.

Cut into pieces.

Cut the green onion and ginger well.

Put all the spices into the chicken.

Mix well and marinate for 2 hours to taste.

Wash cordyceps flowers and set aside.

Marinated chicken, put it on the plate.
