Steamed Chicken with Lotus Glutinous Rice

Ingredients: 100 grams of glutinous rice, 250 grams of chicken, 15 grams of bean paste, 15 grams of Dahida original barbecue sauce, a little chicken powder, a little cooking wine, ginger and garlic, and green onions.

Mince ginger and garlic, chopped green onion, and set aside.

The amount of glutinous rice can be increased or decreased according to your preference.
