Steamed Chinese Cabbage with Garlic Vermicelli

Prepare the raw materials

Wash the Chinese cabbage and spread it on a plate.

After the vermicelli is soaked in warm water, mix well with the soaked dried shrimp and place it on top of the cabbage.

Put chopped garlic and green onion on top of the vermicelli, sprinkle some salt, drizzle with light soy sauce and peanut oil.
