Steamed Clams

1. Rinse the clams well and drain the water.

2. Dipping sauce: finely chop green onion, garlic and ginger, put in a bowl, pour two spoons of soy sauce, and stir well.

3. Put enough water in the steamer, put the washed clams on the steamer, steam for two minutes after the water is boiled, and then serve.
