Steamed Clams with Vermicelli

Clean the clams

Soak the vermicelli in water, clean it, and put it in a bowl

Put the chopped green onion and ginger on the vermicelli

Then put the clams on it and steam for 10 minutes to let the clams open

Pick up the frying pan, chop the garlic, put it in the frying pan and fry until fragrant

Just drizzle the sauteed garlic on the clams
