Steamed Cod

The first step: put the washed cod fish on the plate, sprinkle an appropriate amount of thirteen incense, a small amount of salt and monosodium glutamate to marinate.

Sprinkle the green onion and ginger into the pot, pour out the water after boiling for two minutes, replace with new onion and ginger and continue steaming for about three minutes.

After being out of the pot, heat the oil and pour it on the cod pieces, then pour in the steamed fish soy sauce! So it can be eaten directly.
Tips:
Don't steam for too long, don't add too much salt
