Add light soy sauce to quickly stir and stir evenly
11.
After adding umami sauce and quickly stir-fry

Sprinkle the coriander section and turn off the fire, and the fish pieces are fragrant and delicious, not fishy or greasy, so delicious.
Tips:
1. Salt can be added to marinate the cod, so that it tastes good and not easy to break
2. Don't make a big fire when frying. Fry at medium heat slowly. The yellow color can be picked up. If the frying is too dry, it tastes bad and loses too much nutrition.
