Cod in Tomato Sauce
1.
After thawing the cod fillet, remove the scales, wash and drain.
2.
Add salt, pepper, green onion and ginger and marinate for half an hour.
3.
Wash and slice half a carrot, prepare an appropriate amount of peas for later use.
4.
After heating the pan, add an appropriate amount of olive oil (or salad oil), fry the cod fish over medium heat, remove both sides slightly golden, and then cut into small pieces.
5.
Prepare a bowl of seasoning with the prepared auxiliary materials (cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, tomato sauce, oyster sauce), and prepare some water starch for later use.
6.
Sit in a hot oil pan, add a little base oil, then saute minced garlic, add carrot slices and stir fry.
7.
Then pour in the seasoning and add the diced peas.
8.
Add the cod fish cubes and let the broth fully cover the cod fish cubes. This process keeps on medium heat. Finally, add water starch to make the soup thick and serve.
9.
The cod has basically no small spines, and the meat is very tender. It is a perfect match with a large bowl of rice.
