Steamed Cod

Remove the scales from the skinned cod fillet, and shred the green onion and ginger.

Spread a layer of green onion and ginger on the plate.
3.
Put the fish cubes and sprinkle a layer of green onion and ginger.
4.
Put it in a steamer and steam for 8 minutes after it is steamed on high heat.
5.
Finished picture.
6.
Drizzle a little steamed fish soy sauce to make it more fragrant.
